Urgently Required: Project Manager (Civil Engineer)

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Project Manager 15 years of experience to lead and oversee major civil engineering projects. This is a senior-level position requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and proven project management capabilities.

Position: Project Manager – Civil Engineering

• Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• Master’s Degree in Project Management / Construction Management (mandatory)
• Minimum 15 years of experience in managing large-scale civil engineering or construction projects
• Strong understanding of engineering design, project planning, and construction execution
• PMP certification is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of civil engineering projects
• Prepare, review, and approve project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Ensure all works comply with relevant engineering standards, specifications, and safety requirements
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Monitor daily progress, address challenges, and implement corrective actions
• Prepare periodic progress reports and present updates to senior management
• Manage project risks, cost control, and quality assurance
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within approved timelines and budgets
• Conduct site inspections and enforce safety procedures and regulations

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Advanced knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
