Location: Indore (Work From Office)
Working Days: 5.5 Days
Experience: 0–6 Months (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
Communication: Excellent verbal & written communication is mandatory
About the Role

Intellgus is hiring MBA Finance Pursuing, CA/CMA Semi-Qualified, and B.Com/M.Com graduates for our US Accounting team.
Ideal for candidates eager to build a strong foundation in international accounting with real-time exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare & analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)
• Ensure timely & accurate financial transaction recording
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger entries
• Assist in tax return preparation
• Maintain and update accounting records
• Support month-end and year-end closing
• Prepare periodic financial reports
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting
• Input financial data into accounting software
• Ensure compliance with US accounting standards
• Assist with internal & external audits

Skills & Qualifications

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting (MBA Finance preferred)
✔ Strong understanding of accounting principles
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
✔ Excellent communication & analytical skills
✔ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✔ Ability to work independently and with a team
