Job Description for a US Healthcare Business Analyst.

EXPERIENCE: 5 - 10 Years

Location: : Bangalore south - JP Nagar 3rd Phase.

Work type : work from office.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with clients to elicit requirements
• Clean, concise requirements documentation and delivery
• Managing features backlog
• Managing sprint completion and delivery
• Business user testing

Technical Skills

• A bachelors degree in a technical or business field, or an MBA.
• Experience as a business analyst with a track record of successful completion of complex and mid-to-large scale projects
• Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills
• Strong critical reasoning and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to develop elegant user stories, use cases, and well-defined functional specifications for software solutions
• Ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders and diverse teams, towards meeting project goals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent documentation skills
• Hands-on experience delivering end-to-end projects through Agile-based SDLC
• Sound understanding of the fundamental technicalities of the software development
• Sound knowledge of standard features and best practices for web and mobile applications.
• A keen eye for UI/UX standards
• Practical understanding of and hands-on experience with design and testing for usability and user acceptance
• Healthcare domain experience is a must Especially US healthcare
• Accustomed to using a variety of tools for documentation, collaboration and project management tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
