US Healthcare Communication Specialist

Position: US Healthcare Communication Specialist
Location: Noida
Shift: US Shift / Night
Requirement: Must have strong English communication skills

Key Responsibilities

1. Telecalling & Client Outreach

• Make outbound calls to Doctors, CMOs, Medical Directors, and Hospital HODs in the US.
• Educate prospects about Sevaro’s telemedicine and clinical solutions.
• Conduct initial qualification to identify potential partnership opportunities.
• Maintain a confident, professional, and polished communication tone.

2. Email & Digital Communication

• Draft and send structured outreach emails.
• Ensure consistent follow-ups and maintain high engagement.
• Personalize communication for key decision-makers.

3. LinkedIn Lead Generation

• Connect and interact with healthcare professionals on LinkedIn.
• Build and nurture relationships through strategic touchpoints.
• Support LinkedIn outreach and basic content sharing.

4. Marketing & Coordination

• Coordinate with the digital marketing team for targeted DM campaigns.
• Maintain lead records, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and decks.

5. Reporting & Performance

• Meet daily/weekly outreach targets (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
• Keep lead status, call notes, and progress reports updated.
• Participate in training sessions on US healthcare systems and services.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent English communication; US accent preferred.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology / clinical workflows.
• Confidence in speaking with senior healthcare stakeholders.
• Good email etiquette, LinkedIn usage, and digital communication skills.
• Strong research and prospecting ability.
• Ability to work night shifts (US time zone).
• Basic CRM knowledge is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
