1. Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced U.S. Staffing Recruiter who has a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment for the American job market, including W2 hiring, C2C, 1099, visa classifications, pay rate negotiations, ATS sourcing, vendor management, and client-facing communication.

This role requires someone who is extremely proactive, fast, organized, technically strong, and able to deliver high-quality candidates under tight timelines.

2. Core Responsibilities

A. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

· Source candidates from Dice, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, and internal ATS.

· Build pipelines for IT, Engineering, Healthcare, Finance, OT/ICS, Cybersecurity, and Emerging Tech roles.

· Screen resumes for technical depth, communication, stability, and suitability.

· Conduct initial phone screenings to assess:

o Technical capabilities

o Cultural fit

o Communication

o Work authorization & relocation

o Joining timelines

B. Interview & Candidate Management

· Schedule interviews, prep candidates, debrief after interviews.

· Build strong relationships with candidates to reduce drop-offs.

· Maintain detailed candidate notes in ATS.

· Ensure compliance with U.S. hiring norms (EEOC, data protection, nondiscrimination).

C. Client & Vendor Coordination

· Interact with Tier-1 Vendors, MSPs, and Direct Clients.

· Understand client job requirements deeply and translate them into sourcing strategies.

· Submit vetted candidates with detailed summaries and rate justification.

· Track submissions, feedback, interviews, onboarding, and replacements.

D. Employment Types & Visa Knowledge

A must-have competency:

· W2 Full time

· W2 Contract

· 1099 Independent

· C2C

· Deep knowledge of H1B, H4EAD, OPT, Green Card, CPT, TN, EADs, GC-EAD, USC.

· Evaluate authenticity of candidates and avoid fake profiles.

E. Negotiation & Offer Management

· Handle salary/hourly pay negotiations.

· Prepare Rate Cards, present market analysis to candidates.

· Close candidates firmly with:

o Offer letters

o Onboarding docs

o Background checks

o Drug tests

o I-9 verification process

F. Compliance / Documentation

· Strict adherence to:

o I-9 compliance

o E-Verify

o EEOC guidelines

o MSA/SOW client rules

· Maintain confidential candidate data.

· Track onboarding paperwork with zero errors.

G. KPIs & Delivery Metrics

Expected performance indicators:

· Submissions per day / week

· Interviews scheduled

· Interview clears

· Offers & Onboarding

· Time-to-fill (TTF)

· Quality-of-hire

· Vendor feedback scores

· Pipeline consistency

3. Required Core Competencies

A. Technical & Platform Skills

· Expert in: ATS, CRM, Bullhorn, CEIPAL, JobDiva, Workday.

· Proficiency in boolean search, X-ray search, and niche sourcing methods.

· Strong understanding of roles such as:

o Data Engineer, Cloud Architect, DevOps, OT/ICS Engineer, Cybersecurity, ML Engineer

o Business Analyst, PM, Product Owner

o Healthcare roles (optional but preferred)

B. Soft Skills

· Excellent spoken English & U.S. accent clarity.

· Email etiquette at corporate U.S. standard.

· Time management & ability to multitask.

· Ability to work in high pressure, high submission volume.

· Strong negotiation skills with consultants and vendors.

4. Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in HR / Management / Technology

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
