UX Designer

Job Title: UI/UX Designer (with Frontend Development Skills)

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and frontend development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming ideas into intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences while also contributing to frontend implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, business, and development teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective UI/UX solutions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, storyboards, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Design clean, modern, and visually appealing UI layouts that align with brand guidelines.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs for improved usability.
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and user-centered.
• Work on frontend development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic frameworks (React/Angular/Vue preferred).
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless handoff and high-quality implementation of designs.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required SkillsUI/UX Skills

• Strong experience in wireframing & prototyping (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Expertise in visual design, layout, typography, color theory.
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.
• Understanding of UX principles, user personas, and usability testing.
• Ability to create style guides, design systems, and component libraries.

Frontend Skills

• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Experience with at least one frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Knowledge of responsive development, CSS frameworks (Bootstrap/Tailwind).
• Ability to translate UI designs into clean and optimized code.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Experience working in agile teams is a plus.

Nice-to-Have

• Basic understanding of APIs and backend integration.
• Knowledge of motion graphics/animations (Lottie, After Effects).
• Experience with tools like Jira, Notion, or Trello.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
