Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary: To oversee the maintenance, repair, and servicing of company vehicles, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards. This role is critical to minimizing downtime and extending the lifespan of the fleet.

Key Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement schedules for routine servicing and inspections of all fleet vehicles.
• Repair Oversight: Supervise diagnostics and repairs, ensuring timely resolution of mechanical issues.
• Team Leadership: Manage a team of mechanics and technicians, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Inventory Control: Maintain stock of spare parts, tools, and equipment; coordinate procurement as needed.
• Record Keeping: Ensure accurate documentation of maintenance activities, service history, and compliance reports.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external service providers for specialized repairs or warranty claims.
• Budget Management: Monitor maintenance costs and support budgeting efforts to optimize expenditures.
• Compliance: Ensure all vehicles meet local transport authority regulations and safety standards.
• Emergency Response: Coordinate rapid response for breakdowns or accidents to minimize operational disruption.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
