Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Salary: $100,000–$105,000 annually

Chateau Rehab and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN to lead our 19-bed subacute Vent/Trach Unit. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring exceptional clinical care, smooth daily operations, and strong communication across residents, families, and the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a 19-bed subacute unit specializing in vents and trachs

• Conduct admissions and complete comprehensive bedside assessments

• Collaborate and communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members

• Coordinate and manage resident appointments and follow-up care

• Support, guide, and oversee unit staff to ensure high-quality care

• Maintain compliance with facility policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements

Candidate Requirements

• Active RN license (New Jersey)

• Ventilator and trach experience required

• Minimum 2 years of experience, including nursing home experience

• Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills

• Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC)
