We are looking for a Lead Conversion Executive for our in-house campaign. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling calls, verifying customer details, and converting leads into successful closures. This role requires professionalism, clear communication, and a results-driven approach.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound verification and closing calls
• Verify customer information accurately
• Convert potential leads into confirmed sales
• Maintain call records and meet daily/weekly targets
• Follow company scripts and quality guidelines

Requirements:

• Strong spoken English
• Experience in verification, sales, or closing preferred
• Confident, persuasive, and able to handle objections
• Professional, punctual, and target-oriented
• Ability to work independently
