About the Role

As a Call Center Verifier, you will connect with customers via outbound calls, verify their details, and ensure each interaction is handled with accuracy, compliance, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound verification calls to Medicare customers.
• Listen actively, understand customer needs, and respond accurately.
• Maintain precise and complete records in the system.
• Identify potential upselling opportunities when appropriate.
• Deliver a positive and professional customer experience on every call.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of call center experience (Medicare / ACA preferred).
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
• Strong listening, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional attitude with rapport-building ability.
• Basic computer literacy and accurate data entry skills.
