Wireless Zone, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is looking for a dynamic, results-driven District Managerwho will be traveling across Minnesota. This is your chance to lead high-performing teams, shape the customer experience, and make a real impact in a growing, fast-paced industry.

Job Summary

The District Manager – Sales & Operations is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations and sales performance of multiple store locations within a designated district. This position requires a dynamic leader with strong management skills, a focus on business development, and the ability to drive profitability through effective team supervision and process optimization. The District Manager will develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets, enhance customer experience, and ensure operational excellence across all stores in the district.

What You’ll Be Bringing to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with significant retail leadership experience or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of wireless industry experience, ideally with multi-unit management.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across multiple Minnesota stores.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of driving sales results and developing leaders.
  • Prior experience in retail or telecommunications management, including supervising teams across multiple locations.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning, business development, and process improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead, motivate, and manage store managers and sales teams to achieve sales goals and operational objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for business growth, including new market opportunities and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  • Monitor financial performance, including profit & loss statements, budgeting, and expense control to maximize profitability.
  • Supervise staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and professional development programs.
  • Drive business development efforts by identifying new sales channels and partnership opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making and operational adjustments.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality service standards across all locations in the district.
  • Represent Wireless Zone at community and industry events to enhance brand presence.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $80,000 – $140,000 annually (includes Commissions and Bonuses)
