Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and their pets in a friendly, professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic calendar
  • Communicate clearly with clients in Arabic regarding services, procedures, and follow-up instructions
  • Handle client check-ins, registrations, and payments
  • Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
  • Assist veterinarians with administrative support and client coordination
  • Manage client records and ensure accurate data entry
  • Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries promptly

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Arabic (mandatory); English is an advantage
  • Previous experience in reception or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in an animal-focused environment
  • Basic computer skills (appointment systems, email, data entry)
  • Friendly, patient, and professional attitude
