Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and their pets in a friendly, professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic calendar
- Communicate clearly with clients in Arabic regarding services, procedures, and follow-up instructions
- Handle client check-ins, registrations, and payments
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
- Assist veterinarians with administrative support and client coordination
- Manage client records and ensure accurate data entry
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries promptly
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic (mandatory); English is an advantage
- Previous experience in reception or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in an animal-focused environment
- Basic computer skills (appointment systems, email, data entry)
- Friendly, patient, and professional attitude
