We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile 3D Modeler & VFX Artist to join our creative team. The ideal candidate must have expertise in 3D modeling, texturing, rendering, and VFX compositing using industry-standard tools such as Blender, Maya, ZBrush, Cinema 4D, Houdini, After Effects, or Nuke. This is a hybrid role, meaning the candidate must be proficient in both creating detailed 3D models and enhancing them with VFX elements to produce high-quality CGI ads, animations, product visualizations, and marketing content.

Key Responsibilities:

3D Modeling & Animation:

• Create highly detailed 3D models for advertisements, animations, and product showcases.
• Work with various 3D modeling tools such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, or Cinema 4D.
• Develop both organic and hard-surface models with realistic textures and shading.
• Adjust camera angles, lighting, and texturing for enhanced visual appeal.
• Be aware and able to use the latest AI Tools

VFX & CGI:

• Apply realistic simulations such as smoke, fire, explosions, particle effects, and liquid simulations.
• Enhance 3D renders with advanced compositing using After Effects, Nuke, or Fusion.
• Utilize motion tracking and rotoscoping techniques for seamless integration of CG elements.
• Optimize rendering pipelines for high-quality TVCs, digital ads, and marketing campaigns.

Creative Execution & Optimization:

• Utilize creative storytelling techniques to capture the audience's attention within the first 2-3 seconds.
• Ensure all projects meet deadlines while maintaining the highest visual and technical standards.
• Collaborate with VFX, animation, and design teams for seamless project execution.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends in CGI, 3D animation, and VFX production.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in both 3D modeling and VFX compositing, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality work.
• Proficiency in Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Houdini, ZBrush, Cinema 4D for 3D modeling, and VFX.
• Strong knowledge of rendering engines like V-Ray, Arnold, Redshift, and Unreal Engine.
• Understanding of motion tracking, rotoscoping, and dynamic simulations.

Ability to create hyper-realistic 3D animations and CGI sequences for commercials.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Great communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely or in-office with a creative team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in procedural modeling and Houdini simulations.
• Knowledge of game engines (Unreal Engine/Unity) for real-time rendering.
• Familiarity with motion graphics for advertising and digital content.
