Vice President Client Servicing Abu Dhabi

Overview

Vice President Client Servicing Abu Dhabi at The Citco Group Limited. This role reports to a Senior Vice President and focuses on proactive relationship management for a client base including asset owners, Sovereign Wealth Funds, endowments and family offices across multiple asset classes. It offers exposure to a new line of business in a growing office.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic communication with clients and negotiate service level agreements.
• Understand and communicate client requests with Citco business functions, operational and support teams to promote effective internal communication.
• Develop a broad understanding of Citco business lines and product/service propositions.
• Understand industry and regulatory environment; identify new areas of growth and industry changes.
• Assist with RFP documentation, and facilitate presentations and demos to prospective clients.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships through cross-selling Citco products/services.
• Maintain strong knowledge of multi-asset portfolios and ABOR/IBOR concepts and data flows.
• Coordinate new client integrations and new fund launches.
• Participate in projects related to the ongoing evolution of the business.
• Monitor and manage client SLAs and operational deliverables.
• Review client profitability, accounts receivable and ensure revenues are tracked and recognized.
• Collaborate with Operations to identify process improvements and system developments to minimize operational risk and improve efficiency.
• Review risk logs, coordinate and communicate incident reports as necessary.
• Lead operational due diligence reviews and client visits.
• Compile and present quarterly client reports, KPIs and scorecards.
• Coordinate periodic risk assessments and peer reviews.
• Maintain client status, commentary and updates in internal CRM tools.
• Provide training and supervision to Managers on the Client Services team.

About You (Qualifications)

• You have a university degree in a relevant discipline with 7+ years of related work experience in the financial services industry, preferably within a hedge fund administrator and/or investment company.
• 3+ years formal people management/leadership experience.
• Proven interest in the financial markets and asset management industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across functions/geographies.
• Highly analytical with strong business processes, project management, relationship management and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel & PowerPoint) and Outlook.
• Creative problem solver with a solutions-based approach.
