VP, Global HR

Position reports to : CEO

Location : Requires 4-5 days per week on-site in the Nashua, NH area

Requirements :

20+ years of progressive HR experience

Recent experience leading all of HR for a global manufacturing company with over 1,500 employees

Strong business sense and proven examples of positively impacting the business

Global unions/works councils experience

Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred

Summary of Position Responsibility:

This position will develop and execute human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of talent management, talent acquisition, global HR systems, change management, organizational management, leadership development, policy management and administration, benefits and compensation administration, diversity, equity, and inclusion, learning and development, succession planning, and resolution of employee matters. This position is responsible for setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices, and identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management goals and driving the company culture.

Requires ability to travel domestically and internationally
