Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Management: Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • Learning & Development: Design and implement training programs, role-based sessions, and leadership development initiatives.
  • HR Policies & SOPs: Create, implement, and monitor HR policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Employee Engagement: Develop engagement frameworks to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
  • Business Partnering: Work closely with business heads to align HR strategy with business requirements.
  • Performance Management: Implement appraisal systems, KRA/KPI tracking, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal guidelines.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular HR dashboards, attrition analysis, and workforce insights to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
