Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the group's global legal and business strategy; lead major cross-border transactions and establish a comprehensive compliance and risk control framework.
• Oversee complex international legal matters, including cross-border contract review, dispute resolution, intellectual property, sanctions, and export control compliance.
• Lead the commercial team to provide full-scale contract negotiation and legal risk management support for global operations.
• Build and manage a high-performing global legal and commercial team, enhancing professional expertise and organizational culture.
• Master's degree or above in Law; Preferred hold a valid Chinese legal qualification or international law license (e.g., U.S., U.K.).
• Minimum 7 years of senior legal management experience in a top law firm or multinational corporation, preferably in the oil & gas or energy industry.
• Strong command of international business law, cross-border financing, and arbitration; proven negotiation and crisis management skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic preferred); strong leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced global environment.
