Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and visionary Vice President of Marketing to lead our organization’s marketing strategy and execution. In this pivotal role, you will craft innovative campaigns, oversee multichannel marketing initiatives, and drive brand growth across digital and traditional platforms. Your leadership will inspire teams to deliver compelling content, optimize customer engagement, and elevate our market presence. As a strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven results, you will shape the future of our marketing efforts to ensure sustained business success and brand recognition.

We are a PE backed early stage company. We have our first location open in Palm Beach Gardens, FL and are scaling it. Our CEO is a Harvard MBA that was in the PE space and has run and scaled multiple Billion Dollar organizations. We expect to open at least 150 locations in the next 5 years. This would take us to $2 Billion. There will be significant Stock Options also included as part of the compensation package. The value of Stock Options these will dwarf any current pay compensation and the ideal candidate will understand and value the Stock Options as the largest part of compensation.

The demand is about 6,000 of our type of clinics in just the USA. 50,000 clinics needed in the world. We have the first mover advantage in an unlimited market and we are not aware of anyone really going to market with all of the tools we have. We utilize an AI (not ChatGPT) that was started 12 years ago by the smartest person at IBM Watson Health. He spun out and created his own company. We negotiated a 95 year license to the protocol. In the study of the AI protocol, 80% of the patients had no further decline in their mild cognitive impairment. These results are off the charts. Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with organizational goals, emphasizing digital marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing.
  • Lead the creation of engaging campaigns across multiple channels including social media marketing, email marketing, print advertising, and advertising sales initiatives.
  • Oversee the management of marketing automation tools, analytics platforms like Google Analytics, and SEO strategies to maximize online visibility and lead generation.
  • Manage the organization’s website using WordPress and HTML to ensure optimal user experience, SEO performance, and content updates.
  • Drive B2B marketing efforts by developing targeted messaging to other physicians for referrals and managing product positioning to support sales growth.
  • Coordinate advertising campaigns utilizing Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, print media, and other platforms to boost brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Monitor budget allocations for marketing projects, analyze campaign performance metrics, and optimize strategies based on data insights.
  • Lead research initiatives to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop integrated campaigns that support sales objectives and expand e-commerce channels.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in senior marketing roles with a focus on digital marketing, multichannel strategies, B2C and B2B marketing.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, social media marketing, content creation, advertising sales, and performance marketing techniques.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite for content development alongside technical skills in WordPress, HTML, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively while delivering measurable results through analytics-driven decision making.
  • Excellent copywriting skills coupled with research capabilities to craft compelling messaging tailored to target audiences.
  • Familiarity with Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising platforms, email marketing tools, print advertising methods, and e-commerce solutions.
