Job Summary:

Tity Global Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of
Sales to lead our entire sales function. The VP of Sales will be responsible for
developing high-impact sales strategies, driving revenue growth, managing key
client relationships, and building a strong sales organization aligned with the
company’s mission and goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership
 Develop and execute the company’s overall sales strategy to achieve long-
term revenue targets.
 Identify new markets, business opportunities, and high-growth segments.
 Oversee sales planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and budgeting.
Team & Operations Management
 Lead, mentor, and manage sales managers, field executives, and inside
sales teams.
 Establish KPIs, performance metrics, and incentive structures.
 Strengthen sales operations, reporting systems, and CRM adoption across
teams.
Business Development & Key Accounts
 Build strong relationships with high-value clients, partners, and
stakeholders.
 Drive enterprise-level deals and strategic partnerships. Represent the company in key meetings, industry events, and negotiations.
Cross-functional Collaboration
 Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Leadership
teams.
 Align sales goals with company strategy, branding, and market positioning.
 Ensure seamless execution of proposals, contracts, and project onboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

 10–15+ years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a
senior leadership role.
 Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
 Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
 Expertise in enterprise sales, B2B sales, and customer relationship
management.
 Ability to manage multiple teams and high-pressure environments.
 Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
Education:
MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related
field.
