Vice Principal (Senior Wing) Key Responsibilities
- Academic Leadership: Oversee the academic programs, curriculum implementation, and student performance for the Senior Wing (e.g., Grades 9-12).
- Staff Management: Assist the Principal in managing, mentoring, and evaluating senior faculty members to foster high-quality instruction.
- Discipline & Culture: Maintain a positive, safe, and disciplined learning environment, enforcing school policies and promoting school values among students.
- Administrative Oversight: Manage daily operations, scheduling, examinations, and student admissions specific to the Senior Wing.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key liaison between the Principal, students, parents, and teachers regarding senior school matters.

- Team Management: Excellent skills in staff supervision, professional development, and conflict resolution.

Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Post Graduate (PG) degree along with a B.Ed. is essential.
- Experience: Must have prior, verifiable experience as a Vice Principal (VP) in a recognized educational institution.
- Minimum of 10 years of overall teaching and administrative experience in a Senior/High School setting.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of the CBSE curriculum and related examination/assessment structures is highly preferred.
