Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, confident, and charismatic Video Anchor / Reporter to be the face of our Telugu video content . The ideal candidate will have a natural on-camera presence, excellent communication skills in Telugu, and a passion for storytelling.

In this role, you will present stories, conduct interviews, and deliver engaging video content that informs, entertains, and connects deeply with our Telugu-speaking audience. You’ll work closely with writers, producers, and editors to ensure every segment meets our brand’s standards for quality and authenticity.

🎥 Key Responsibilities

• On-Camera Presentation: Deliver scripted and unscripted content with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm.
• Reporting & Research: Research and gather information on diverse topics relevant to the target audience.
• Scriptwriting: Write, refine, and adapt scripts to ensure impactful storytelling and clear communication.
• Collaboration: Work with the production, writing, and editing teams to create high-quality, engaging video content.
• Interviews: Conduct on-camera interviews with guests, experts, and public figures in Telugu.
• Content Quality: Maintain high standards of accuracy, tone, and journalistic ethics in all reporting.
• Audience Engagement: Develop a personal connection with the audience through expressive, relatable delivery.
  
  

🛠️ Required Qualifications & Skills

• Fluency in Telugu (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory.
• Additional language proficiency (English/Hindi or regional) is an advantage.
• Proven experience as a Video Anchor, Reporter, Host, or Presenter, with a showreel or demo video showcasing on-camera work.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Exceptional verbal communication, articulation, and expression in Telugu.
• Confident on-screen personality capable of captivating viewers and holding attention throughout the video.
• Strong research, interviewing, and scriptwriting abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and adapt to fast-changing production needs.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred.
