Video content creator and social media marketing specialist

We’re a healthcare company seeking a Video Content Creator & Social Media Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in producing high-impact content and driving results across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. The ideal candidate can create compelling videos and strategically distribute them to increase patient consultations and position us as the #1 provider.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, film, and edit short-form and long-form video content
• Manage social media calendars and publish across all platforms
• Write and optimize captions, titles, and descriptions for SEO and conversions
• Create and manage paid ad creatives
• Track performance analytics and refine strategies to maximize reach and leads
• Capture and edit patient testimonials, treatment journeys, and doctor features
• Produce FAQ videos, before-and-after showcases, and office walkthroughs

You’re a Fit If You…

• Have 2+ years of experience in both video content creation and social media marketing
• Know how to drive conversions through storytelling, editing, and strong CTAs
• Have a history of growing social media accounts (please include examples/links)
• Are comfortable filming in clinical or office environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $60.00 per hour
