We are looking for a talented professional to support the Creative Video department through all stages of production. The role requires strong project management, technical production skills, and creative collaboration with senior brand leaders.

Role Responsibilities

• Work independently and as part of a team to manage film production from concept to delivery.
• Manage filming, lighting, and editing of small to medium projects while collaborating with larger crews on high end productions.
• Set up, manage, and operate production equipment, including cameras, grips, lights, and audio recorders.
• Oversee freelance editors to ensure the highest standards of creative work.
• Brainstorm, develop ideas, and create moodboards from scratch.
• Liaise with Production Director and Creative Director to align work with brand strategy and maintain consistent brand representation.
• Present approved ideas to clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct location scouting, develop production plans, create call sheets, estimate costs, and manage casting.
• Arrange necessary equipment and resources for projects.
• Maintain a benchmark of quality in video content.
• Conduct music searches and demonstrate strong music editing skills.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
• Perform other job related duties as assigned by direct manager.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic

Job Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience with a strong focus on social media, and an advertising or production agency background

Portfolio or showreel that demonstrates high quality camera work and advanced editing skills
