Video Editor

What you’ll be doing:

• Produce 2-3 short video ads per day (30-60 seconds & 2-3 minute formats)
• Revise content based on feedback & performance metrics
• Use AI tools & editing techniques to improve speed, creativity, & impact
• Keep creative quality high—peer review & daily critiques included
• Participate in weekly/monthly reports on how the creative is performing
• Stay up to date with social media trends & emerging ad styles

What we’re looking for:

• 2-3 years of video editing experience, ideally with DTC brands
• Strong skills in Adobe Premiere & After Effects
• Experience with AI video editing/generation tools (e.g. Descript, Runway, VEO 3, Sora, Nano Banana, etc.)
• A solid understanding of storytelling, creative hooks, & things that keep people watching (retention)
• Ability to switch between different creative styles (bold, subtle, playful, etc.)
• Comfortable collaborating, giving & receiving feedback
• Familiarity with tools like Slack, Notion, and analytics to see what works & what needs tweaking

Note: This is an onsite role in Islamabad, 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm PST
