JOB OVERVIEW:

In this role, you will create marketing materials by translating business objectives and project information into compelling content that tells a visual story. You will design for a wide variety of deliverables across online and offline channels including print, collateral, landing pages, banners, motion, environmental and more.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the development and creation of conceptual, high quality, brand appropriate materials that are aligned to the creative brief.
• Develop a range of marketing materials for internal and external audiences.
• Bring strategic, innovative ideas to life from concept through execution.
• Interpret brand guidelines for consistency and alignment.
• Design and develop marketing collateral for complex business needs and initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
• Act as a resource and provides design mentoring to Graphic Designers and Associate Graphic Designers.
• Participate in project brainstorms, team strategy sessions and project check-ins.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Relevant degree preferred. Visual arts, graphic design, or related field.
• 2 or more years’ experience required.
• Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects etc. and advanced knowledge of all MS Office Products.
• Able to multi-task, prioritize workload, be proactive, and work effectively with minimal supervision under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and high-quality output.
• Self-motivated with the ability to solve problems creatively and strategically.
• Familiarity with workflow tools, strong communications, and relationship-building skills.
• Must have Portfolio available online.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
