Video Editor (Night)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Video Editor with a strong understanding of social media formats, marketing psychology, and storytelling. The ideal candidate should be able to produce high-quality Reels, Ad Creatives, UGC videos, and VSLs while maintaining clean, engaging edits. You will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop scripts, storyboards, and video assets that align with brand goals and performance objectives.

Key Responsibility:

• Edit and produce high-quality short-form and long-form video content
• Create clean, polished edits aligned with brand guidelines
• Collaborate on scripts, concepts, and storyboards
• Add basic motion graphics when needed
• Optimize videos for hooks, pacing, and viewer retention
• Manage multiple projects with fast turnaround times
• Stay updated on editing trends and social media best practices
• Organize and maintain project assets

Requirements:

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut
• Strong understanding of marketing-focused editing
• Proven experience with short-form and long-form content
• A creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
