>JOB SUMMERY
9AV productions, a young agency start up into content creation, is on the lookout for an ace short form reels editor who must know after effect and should be able to do all kinds of edits.

>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Stitch raw video footages together as per the story board. Into engaging and visually stunning videos for various social media platforms. Enhance visuals using pacing, motion graphics, color grading, sound design, effects and aesthetic typographical placement to elevate production quality
• You'll be responsible for editing multi hook high-performing UGC-style video ads, AI VO Ads, that drive conversions.
• Collaborate with the creative strategist to refine ad performance
• Experiment with new formats, transitions, and storytelling styles to keep our content fresh and exciting
• Asset Management: Organise and maintain a library of video assets, ensuring easy accessibility and version control.
• Stay Current with Trends: Keep abreast of the latest video editing techniques, industry trends, and best practices to continually improve the quality and impact of our video content.
• Optimisation: Optimise video content for various platforms, ensuring
• Time Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

>KEY SKILLS

• Speed ramping, Motion graphics, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Suite,, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or similar software
• Strong understanding of direct response ad principles (hooks, pattern interrupts, CTAs, pacing)
• BONUS Skills - Generating AI footages.

>REQUIREMENTS

• As an editor you must be proficient with:- short form storytelling, pacing, motion graphics, after effects, design principles, typography, font pairing for aesthetic looking content
• As a professional you must have:- the ability to work independently and creatively and have excellent time management and multi tasking skills.
