About the Role

QAZAQ Restaurants LLC is looking for a highly skilled Videographer/Photographer to join our in-house creative team. You will be producing content for two growing F&B brands:

• Bakerist (French café & bakery)
• ALOE (Latin–Japanese cocktail bar)

You will work daily inside Bakerist Dubai Hills Mall alongside another videographer and a social media manager.

This role requires creativity, strong directing ability, and high standards in visual storytelling, especially within the F&B industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot and deliver high-quality videos and photos for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
• Work collaboratively with the creative team to plan, shoot, and execute content.
• Direct staff, founders, chefs, customers, and models during shoots.
• Set up and manage lighting (studio lights, softboxes, ambient lighting).
• Capture food, drinks, lifestyle, kitchen activity, bts, and vibe content.
• Maintain clear organization of raw files and completed deliverables.
• Follow brand guidelines and ensure consistent visual quality.
• Meet monthly content targets with high reliability.

Monthly Deliverables

• 30–40 Reels
• Length: 30 seconds to 1 minute
• Types: Food, drinks, vibe, founder videos, comedy sketches, story content, campaigns, events.

Requirements

• Must own a professional camera suitable for photo + video work.
• Strong portfolio showcasing videography/photography within the F&B industry.
• Confident working with lighting, framing, and visual composition.
• Excellent directing skills (comfortable guiding people during shoots).
• Good understanding of trending formats and modern social media styles.
• English level: Upper Intermediate minimum.
• Driving license (preferable) — not mandatory, but an advantage.
• Nationality: No preference.
• Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced content environment.
