The Business Analyst is responsible for:
Participate in the full project life cycle, from specification and design to development, testing, deployment, and change management.
Assist business units in building Gemini automation solutions to enhance business processes and analysis efficiency.
Support Gemini training and adoption throughout the Division.
Interact with a diverse group of stakeholders, each with varying levels of data skills, across multiple functional areas.
Develop and update financial and operational reporting business intelligence tools (PowerBI).
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science (or similar)
Must have:
Ability to travel in the US
Passion for and interest in AI and data-driven tools
Eagerness to quickly learn and understand the intricacies of five distinct business units
Nice to have:
Experience using Generative AI (Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.)
Python (pandas, numpy, etc.)
SQL (querying, filtering, joining, aggregation, and nested queries)
Business Intelligence Tools (PowerBI, etc.)
