BUSINESS PLANNING & STRATEGY
- Assist with the overall articulation of the Marketing, Communications & Client Strategic Plan.
- Assist the Marketing, Communications & Client Director and the Business Planning & Client Insights Manager in developing and implementing strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and market share growth. This includes setting clear objectives, identifying key performance indicators, and tracking progress against goals.
- Support cross-functional 360 projects orchestration, maintaining a strong client-centric mindset and collaborative way of working.
- Ensure objectives and KPIs are clearly defined and monitored for each activation.
- Help set up and manage timelines and retro-planning among all teams involved and monitor progress & achievements.
- Develop a performance mindset within the Marketing, Communications & Client community, ensuring activations ROI measurements & takeaways.
- Support UAE management with strategic presentations and internal communication (yearly strategic plan, presentation for quarterly Market town hall).
BUDGET MANAGEMENT & PERFORMANCE
- Follow up on the Advertising & Promotional Budget in terms of allocation, coordination, and tracking, in close collaboration with each department, Finance, Regional, and HQ stakeholders, under the guidance of the Business Planning & Client Insights Manager.
MARKET INSIGHT
- Foster a culture of curiosity through competitive intelligence monitoring.
- Capture market insights (economy, demographics, technology) and identify key/relevant competitors insights (product offer, distribution strategy, price positioning, communication strategy, events, key launches, etc.).
- Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for Cartier to differentiate itself and gain a competitive advantage.
