Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a high level of customer service to all clients with a professional, friendly, and welcoming attitude.
  • Meet and greet VIP passengers upon arrival at the terminal.
  • Open vehicle doors and assist passengers with entering and exiting.
  • Offer assistance with light luggage handling when necessary.
  • Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times.
  • Ensure the entrance area is always presentable and welcoming.
  • Complete any other duties assigned by Line Manager.

  • Adhere to the documented procedures of the organization or department and retain documented evidence related to the performance of their role.
  • The employee is expected to exercise their duty of care and must be aware of their health and safety responsibilities, accountability and authority; and shall comply with the policies and procedures outlined by the organization.

Requirements:

Education High Diploma (preferred)

Experience Minimum 2 years' experience in hotel industry/Customer Service.

Specific/Technical Skills

Great interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent in customer service.

With the ability to remain calm in emergencies or when dealing with passengers.

Multilingual is an advantage.
