Job Title: Virtual Assistant – Healthcare (Female)
Location: Makarba, Ahmedabad
Shift: Night Shift (Work From Office Only) – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
Working Days: 5 Days/Week

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Female Virtual Assistant to support our healthcare operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to interact professionally with US-based patients and clients, and prior experience in international calling or healthcare-related processes.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills, preferably with a US accent
• Ability to communicate professionally and accurately with patients
• Strong listening skills and a customer-focused approach
• Willingness to work in a night shift
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Experience:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in international calling, US calling, UK calling, or US recruitment

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies
• Call patients to verify information and follow up as required
• Coordinate with US clients and patients regarding updates and requirements
• Schedule and confirm appointments accurately and professionally
• Assist with insurance verifications and prior authorization processes
• Follow up on pending claims, documents, and patient-related queries
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and patient information
• Coordinate between billing, medical, and patient support teams
• Manage emails, voicemails, and daily communication tasks
• Perform additional administrative and support duties as assigned
