Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Dentist, Dental Surgeon, or Oral Health Professional to work as a Virtual Dental Assistant. The primary responsibility is to explain dental procedures to patients over the phone or online. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of dental anatomy, oral surgery, and dental implant procedures. This role supports patients by answering questions, educating them about treatments, and guiding them through the procedure process.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to patient inquiries via phone, chat, or video regarding dental procedures.
Explain treatment plans such as extractions, root canals, implants, crowns, bridges, and other oral surgery procedures in clear and simple terms.
Provide pre-procedure and post-procedure guidance to patients.
Help patients understand dental anatomy, healing timelines, and expected outcomes.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, implant aftercare, and treatment preparation.
Address patient concerns with empathy, professionalism, and clinical accuracy.
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and follow-up needs.
Collaborate with dental teams to stay updated on procedures and clinic protocols.

Requirements:

BDS, DDS, DMD, or equivalent dentistry qualification (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, oral surgery, and dental implants.
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify medical terminology.
Experience in patient education, counseling, or clinical explanation roles (preferred).
Comfortable handling patient calls and virtual consultations.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

English proficiency is a MUST

Preferred Skills:

Experience in implant dentistry or oral surgery settings.
Familiarity with dental software or virtual consultation tools.
Ability to manage multiple patient inquiries at once.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
