• POTENT Coin Development: Create our proprietary cryptocurrency for ecosystem-wide transactions

Your Compensation - Project Earnings + Residual Streams

Immediate NFT Earnings (25% Commission):

· 25% of $1,000,000 gross per quarterly drop = $250,000 per drop

· Paid after platform fees from actual NFT sales revenue

· Direct compensation for your animation and technical execution

Residual Income Stream (5% Streaming Royalties):

· 5% of ALL streaming revenue from our signed artists

· Compensation for building the blockchain infrastructure that enhances artist value

· Royalties that continue paying for years from artists you helped through technology

Position Structure:

This role begins as a 1099 independent contractor. After 60 days of successful blockchain integration and NFT drop execution, you'll transition to an equity partner while maintaining your 25% NFT revenue share AND 5% streaming royalties.
