Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage visa applications for clients, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Liaise with embassies, consulates, and government agencies to facilitate timely visa approvals.
  • Advise clients on visa requirements, application procedures, and travel regulations for various destinations.
  • Review and verify all submitted documents for accuracy and authenticity.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing visa policies, immigration laws, and travel advisories.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of visa processing with travel bookings and itineraries.
  • Handle sensitive client information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Track and report on application statuses, proactively addressing any issues or delays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving concerns.
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the visa and documentation department.


Qualifications:

1. Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Previous experience in visa processing, travel agencies, embassies, or immigration 3 years.

2. Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong understanding of visa requirements, immigration policies, and embassy procedures for multiple countries.
  • Familiarity with document verification and application processes.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

3. Technical Competencies

  • Proficiency in visa application portals and online embassy systems.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems, travel platforms).

4. Communication & Customer Service

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to explain complex requirements clearly to clients.
  • Strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.

5. Organizational Skills

  • High attention to detail to avoid application errors.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Strong follow-up skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
