Job Overview:
You’ve worked on famous brands, designing their logos & identity all the way through to the specifications in the brand guidelines. You have more than 3+ years of experience working in a well-recognized branding studio. You’re creative, strategic, and passionate about what you do – the typeface matters and so does the pixel size. You would be responsible for creating designs that are visually appealing & effective based on the unique requirements of the customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, as well as the ability to work within tight deadlines.

Key tasks & responsibilities:

• Develop creative designs based on the brief shared by the customer. (design concepts and ideas).
• Help define the basic elements of the design (eg: brand identity, colour, typography, imagery).
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously sub-projects (creative, quality control, timely delivery).
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and translate those needs into visually appealing and effective designs.
• Create consistent designs that are in accordance with the brand guidelines.
• Stay up-to date with industry trends to ensure designs are current & innovative.
• Work & manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines & delivering high-quality work.
• Continuously strive to improve design skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience 1+ year as a Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in print design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Excellent communication skills – ability to present ideas, explain design decisions, and collaborate with diverse clients.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shift (3 Months Day Shift & 3 Months Night Shift).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
