Visual Merchandiser - Female

We are looking for a female - Visual Merchandiser to create premium, attractive, and brand-aligned displays for our perfume and cosmetics stores across the UAE & Oman.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute high quality visual merchandising for fragrances, skincare, makeup, and gift sets.
• Create window displays, product layouts, tester zones, and thematic setups that reflect luxury standards.
• Implement visual concepts for new launches, limited editions, and promotions.
• Coordinate with marketing, buying, and store teams for smooth campaign rollouts.
• Manage props, signage, lighting, and vendors for display execution.
• Maintain consistent VM standards and ensure displays are updated regularly.
• Optimize product visibility and hero item placement.
• Monitor basic VM performance metrics and gather customer feedback.
• Train store teams on display upkeep and presentation standards.
• Manage VM budgets and work flexible hours when needed for store rollouts.

Requirements

• Experience in beauty, luxury, or retail visual merchandising preferred
• Creative eye for design, color, and luxury presentation
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Willing to travel across UAE & Oman
