• Define the vision and roadmap for digital services and platforms from a technology perspective.
• Lead the development and operations of group digital platforms to ensure market leadership.
• Steer the implementation of key mobile applications and web technologies, including e-commerce platforms.
• Evolve and scale digital platform infrastructure to create new revenue streams.
• Establish and lead Agile delivery for digital platforms, collaborating with design studios.
• Develop advanced digital analytics capabilities for insights and real-time penalisation.
• Lead the operations and support of mission-critical and innovative digital platforms.
• Manage the budget (CapEx & OpEx) for the Digital & Innovation domain, ensuring alignment with plans.

• Proven experience in defining and steering the implementation of large-scale digital platforms.
• Deep understanding of modern mobile and web development technologies and e-commerce solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and lead Agile delivery models for digital platforms.
• Experience in developing advanced digital analytics for insights and penalisation.
• Strong background in managing the operations and support of mission-critical digital services.
• Ability to define and govern production KPIs to ensure the performance and availability of digital systems.
• Proven track record in promoting new digital technologies like cloud adoption and DevOps.
• Experience in leading and motivating large technology teams (100+ members) and managing vendor relationships.
