What You'll Be Doing
As State Manager, you'll manage the WA P&L, drive the local sales strategy, and support business partnerships. You'll be responsible for sales forecasting, partner engagement and customer satisfaction.
You'll build strong relationships with local clients while ensuring close contact with our Branch network and Branch Management to work as a team to deliver operational excellence across WA.
This role involves balancing high level strategy with day to day accountability and collaborating across internal departments to ensure strong business alignment.
You will report to the National Sales Director and be highly collaborative across all areas of the business.
What You'll Bring
You bring at least five years of experience in senior-level sales management.
You're commercially astute, able to build relationships and convert opportunity into long-term value.
You're confident managing reporting, P&L, and KPIs while also staying close to the customer experience and team culture.
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and time management skills are essential. You're comfortable working closely and influencing our internal branch team in order to meet customer expectations whilst working within best practice models. Previous experience in automotive, or insurance industries will be highly regarded. A valid unrestricted Australian driver's licence is required.
