Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers promptly and courteously, providing professional and attentive service.
  • Take and deliver orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring food quality and consistency.
  • Follow brand-specific sequence of service standards.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of menu items, including special requests and guest allergies, to enable suggestive selling.
  • Set up and close down tables within assigned sections, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Introduce dishes with detail, replenish mise en place, refill glasses, and maintain table presentation.
  • Coordinate with cashiers for accurate handling of orders, invoices, and tips.
  • Communicate guest feedback promptly to management for service recovery or positive reinforcement.
  • Assist and fill in for absent staff as needed, supporting overall service flow.
  • Be familiar with food safety, contamination causes, and prevention methods.
  • Participate in departmental briefings and contribute to open team communication.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support restaurant operations.
