Job Overview:

Samaya Hotel Dubai is seeking experienced Waiters and Waitresses to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will have hotel experience in Dubai, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to guests in the restaurant and other F&B outlets
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Follow hotel standards and F&B service procedures
• Support daily operations and assist the team during busy service periods
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards are met at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai hotels (mandatory)
• Previous experience in the Food & Beverage Department
• Ability to communicate in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
• Must currently reside in the UAE and be available for immediate joining

Qualifications:

• F&B training certificates (such as Food Handling, Basic Service Skills, or related F&B certifications) are required
• Additional hospitality training is an advantage
