Waiter / Waitress (Luxury Hotel Industry)

We are looking for a dedicated and guest-focused Waiter / Waitress with experience in luxury hotels or high-end hospitality settings to deliver exceptional service and ensure an outstanding dining experience for every guest. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, upscale hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and seat guests in a professional and timely manner.
• Accurately take and serve food and beverage orders with care and efficiency.
• Set up and maintain tables and dining areas according to brand standards.
• Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations and answering inquiries.
• Serve food and beverages with attention to presentation, timing, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in all dining and service areas.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth order flow.
• Address guest feedback or concerns promptly and courteously.
• Adhere to all hotel safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Support colleagues during peak service times to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of proven experience as a waiter or waitress, preferably in 4-star or 5-star hotels.
• Solid understanding of F&B service standards and guest etiquette.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Proficient in English; additional languages, such as Arabic, are an advantage.
• Locally available in Qatar with valid visa and QID
