Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced restaurant or café environment. Prior experience is a plus, but we are also open to training the right person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages to customers.
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after service.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell when appropriate.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Follow hygiene, health, and safety guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed and presentable at all times.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
- Must be currently residing in Qatar (if applicable: with valid QID & NOC).
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
