Job Description

We are seeking a professional and well-presented Waitress to join our hospitality team in a high-standard private facility in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide an exceptional dining experience to guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Present menus and assist guests in making food and beverage selections
• Take and process orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensure cleanliness and readiness of tables and service areas
• Serve food and beverages according to established standards
• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain hygiene, grooming, and uniform standards at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Waitress (preferably in hotels, resorts, or fine dining)
• Previous Qatar or GCC experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Presentable, polite, and customer-focused
• Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays if required
