Compensation: $75,000–$120,000+ annually (unlimited earning potential)

How You Make An Impact:

  • Complete our 3 Week Sales Training Program and guide customers through the buying process with confidence

  • Meet store goals for units, PVR, and VSC

  • Greet customers professionally and lead the full sales process

  • Use the Walser CRM to track all interactions

  • Conduct test drives and review key vehicle features

  • Explain financing options and protection products

  • Follow up after the sale

  • Follow required safety guidelines in service areas

  • Live Walser's Core Values

What You Bring:

  • 18+ years old

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Strong communication and computer skills

  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, professional appearance

  • Customer-service focused

  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
