- Maintain adequate staffing levels during all shifts.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the ward environment.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, dietetics, pharmacy, and other departments for smooth functioning.
- Ensure biomedical equipment is functional and serviced regularly.
- Enforce hospital policies, protocols, and NABH/JCI standards.
