• Ensure delivery of high-quality and safe nursing care to all patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and coordinate with doctors for timely interventions.
• Address patient and family concerns, ensuring satisfaction and comfort.
• Oversee infection control practices and ensure compliance.
• Plan duty rosters and assign responsibilities to nursing staff.
• Supervise, mentor, guide, and evaluate nursing staff performance.
• Conduct training, orientation, and competency assessments for new staff.
• Maintain adequate staffing levels during all shifts.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the ward environment.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, dietetics, pharmacy, and other departments for smooth functioning.
• Ensure biomedical equipment is functional and serviced regularly.
• Enforce hospital policies, protocols, and NABH/JCI standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
