Key Responsibilities

  • Source, establish, and equip warehouses with required tools, technology, and security systems
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure effective workflow management
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff
  • Ensure team competency, productivity, and adherence to operational procedures
  • Support planning and execution of logistics and resource mobilization projects
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to meet project deadlines
  • Maintain and enforce HSE standards within warehouse operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to process enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics project management
  • Strong coordination, organizational, and leadership abilities
  • Good knowledge of HSE standards, warehouse workflows, and compliance requirements
  • Process-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
