Warehouse Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Executive to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory control, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unboxing, Counting during the inbound, Loading, Labeling, Picking etc.
• Oversee receiving, storing and dispatching of goods.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and inventory records.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with regular cycle counts and audits.
• Coordinate with purchase, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, organization, and security of the warehouse.
• Identify areas of improvement and implement best practices to optimize warehouse performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or related field preferred.
• 1 or more years experience in warehouse or inventory management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to lift/move goods if required.
