About Us

We’re building a dedicated live commerce studio in Miami that specializes in crystals, minerals and collectible stones. Our shows run on WhatNot and mix three things: good energy, clear presentation and serious follow-through on the operations side.

We’re not a side-hustle stream from someone’s couch. This is a proper studio: structured shows, daily schedules, lights/cameras/production – and a small, hungry team that treats live selling like a real business and a show. We’re still early, so everyone who joins now helps shape how the studio runs and grows.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate to handle the physical side of the operation: receiving inventory, organizing products, supporting live shows, and packing/shipping orders.

If you like things organized, efficient, and hands-on, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Receiving & Inventory

• Receive incoming shipments; unpack boxes and verify quantities/condition
• Sort, label, and organize products in the correct storage areas
• Keep inventory shelves tidy, accessible, and logically arranged
• Assist with basic inventory tracking using simple digital tools

Show Prep

• Prepare products for upcoming live shows using a show list/run sheet
• Bring products to the studio area in the correct order and layout
• Reset, restock, and reorganize between shows

During Live Shows

• Quickly collect sold items from the studio area
• Separate and organize items by customer/order in real time
• Communicate with the moderator/host if item clarification is needed

Packing & Shipping

• Pack orders securely (especially fragile crystals/minerals)
• Print and attach shipping labels through standard shipping software
• Prepare packages for USPS/FedEx pickup or drop-off
• Double-check labels and names to minimize fulfillment errors

General Support

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Assist with other warehouse or studio tasks as needed

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or retail backroom (preferred)
• Comfortable with physical work: lifting boxes, moving inventory, standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail — accuracy is essential
• Ability to work quickly during high-volume show periods
• Basic computer skills (printing labels, checking orders, simple inventory tools)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow processes and structure
• Must be able to work on-site in Miami, including some evenings/weekends

Nice to Have

• Experience packing fragile items (glass, ceramics, collectibles, etc.)
• Interest in crystals, minerals, or collectibles
• Spanish-speaking a plus

Compensation & Schedule

• Competitive hourly pay based on experience
• Full-time shifts within a 7-day live schedule (details during interview)
