Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
• Maintain accurate stock levels through regular monitoring and audits
• Implement and monitor FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and LIFO (Last-In-First-Out) inventory systems
• Ensure proper labelling, storage, and safety of all products

Vendor Management

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery and order fulfillment
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and manage vendor relationships
• Ensure quality checks and proper documentation for inbound stock

Sales & Wholesale Knowledge

• Support sales operations with timely stock updates and availability reports
• Apply wholesale business knowledge to manage bulk orders and large-volume dispatches
• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth order execution and product movement

Product Knowledge & Detailing

• Maintain deep understanding of the products being stored and sold
• Train warehouse staff on product features, handling, and storage guidelines
• Ensure accurate product detailing, tagging, and descriptions for internal use

Team Supervision & Coordination

• Manage and supervise warehouse staff, assign daily responsibilities
• Train and monitor performance of workers to meet productivity standards
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and organizational policies

Candidate Requirements:
Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business)
Experience:
3+ years in warehouse operations
Experience in wholesale business handling
Good understanding of sales processes and vendor management

Skills:

• Strong stock management and product knowledge
• Familiarity with FIFO/LIFO inventory system.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
